The Momentum Approach does not replace management and leadership. Instead it is another set of skils that works alongside them. It uses the Momentum Engine to find your skill set strengths in taking action. Then develop your leadership skills with the Momentum Runnway to help others use their strengths.
You learn about how the forces of Curiosity, Energy, and Drive shape the spark, fuel, and transmission of organizations and personal development. There are five techniques or principles associated with each force that you practice. They are embedded in the learning paths. With Curiosity we use Clarity, Energy uses Capacity, and Drive uses Consistency.
You learn about how decisions, tasks, and goals gain more stability when using these forces. In fact, Momentum Engine teaches how to get more lasting change when we use them together.
The biggest advantage of learning how to sustain momentum with the Momentum Leadership Engine is to overcome the 70% of tasks, projects, goals, and change that fails every year within every organization.
