Start with taking the Momentum Personality Questions. This will give you a base line of tendencies within the momentum skills you use. These skills are seperated into three forces of Curiosity, Energy, and Drive. Then take the learning paths that you want to develop first. Typically, people start with the Momentum Core Basic course to understand the background of the Momentum Engine. Then choose another learning path for you. This can be Self Development, Leadership Development, Sales Development or many more.
Several certificates are awarded for your development and resume. As you complete courses and bundles your expertise in these traits of Insight, Influence, Vitality, Vison, Strategy, and Conviction are recorded. They are recorded through badges showing your growth and development. You can see where your development ranks among other learners skills.

The Momentum Leadership Engine does not replace management and leadership. Instead it is another set of skils that works alongside them.
